The Role:
• Strategic Roadmap Execution: Cross-functional leadership across design, engineering and marketing teams to define product roadmaps balancing business impact and user needs within regulatory requirements.
• Product Requirements and Backlog Management: refine requirements and priorities to deliver features with measurable outcomes
• KPI Tracking and Data Insights: focus on conversion, retention and trade volume, using insights to drive engagement and improve user journey
• Alignments and Collaboration: working directly with the Lead Product Manager to execute broader product visions, strategy and OKR's
The Requirements
• 5+ years in Product Management within Fintech
• Proven record of Scrum leadership in fast moving settings
• Ownership mindset when collaborating across Product, Engineering and Marketing
• Strong written/communication skills to translate complex topics to both executive and technical audiences
• Experience within the Crypto and Digital Assets
• Fluent in English (C1) and German (B2)
