Your Role: As Senior Product Manager (m/f/d), you own a part of our product from the problem to the release. You spend time with operators in our forwarding companies, decide what is worth building, and design it yourself instead of writing a ticket and waiting.

AI tools are how you work every day, so an idea becomes a clickable prototype in days, not in a sprint. In your first six months, success means operators on Compass and Customs feel the difference in their daily work, and at least one new AI agent you shaped runs in production.

What You Will Do: • Own the discovery: sit with operators across Europe, watch how they really work, and decide what we build next • Design and prototype your own ideas with tools like Claude Code, Claude Design, Cursor or Lovable, and test them with real users the same week • Write specs that engineers can pick up without a long meeting, then stay close until the feature is live • Build the AI agents that take the manual work out of freight forwarding, for example customs declarations, air waybill creation and document extraction • Ship the small fixes and improvements yourself instead of adding them to a queue • Keep operators, engineers and stakeholders aligned, and say no to the things that do not move the needle in terms of impact.
