About the role We are seeking a highly experienced, results-driven Senior Product Manager / Builder to own the strategy and execution for our core Revenue Operations & Intelligence domain. You will drive the long-term vision and roadmap for complex, backend-heavy systems, ensuring operational excellence and strategic growth.

But this isn't a traditional PM role. You won't just specify what gets built – you'll prototype it. You'll design systems that agents can operate, not just people. And as we rethink how product and engineering collaborate, we want someone who's curious about that shift – not just adapting to it.

What You Will Own & Drive Strategic Vision & Roadmap: Define, own, and champion the multi-year product vision and strategic roadmap for the Revenue Operations & Intelligence domain, ensuring alignment with company growth and compliance objectives.

End-to-End Revenue Cycle Management: Own the full Order-to-Cash process, including all aspects of transaction and order management, robust billing logic, compliance processing, and invoice generation.

Agent-Ready Product Design: Architect O2C workflows and data so they can be operated by both people and AI agents – clean interfaces, structured data, and clear decision logic that automation and agentic systems can reliably act on.

Build, Don't Just Spec: Use AI-assisted prototyping to test ideas hands-on, shortening the distance between discovery and a working concept. Increasingly, that also means building products that intelligent agents – not just people – can operate, so the businesses on ablefy run more autonomously.

Financial & Accounting Connectivity: Drive the strategy for internal financial reporting and build seamless, reliable connections to various third-party accounting systems used by our customer base. Customer Lifecycle Optimization: Build systems that actively drive Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) and mitigate churn.

What You'll Bring 5+ years of Product Management experience in a B2B SaaS or FinTech environment, with a significant focus on complex transactional, financial, or FinOps systems.

Revenue Operations Expertise: Strong, practical experience with Order Management and the revenue cycle mechanics, including robust billing processes and financial compliance complexity. Business Intelligence Focus: Proven experience building or managing features related LTV improvement, and churn reduction.

AI‑Assisted Builder Mindset: You use AI tooling to move from idea to working prototype yourself – reducing the distance between discovery and a testable concept without waiting for engineering. Comfortable with vibe coding or similar approaches to rapid concept validation.

Agent‑Ready Systems Thinking: You design for both human operators and automated agents – structured data, clean interfaces, and clear decision logic that agentic systems can reliably act on. You think about who (or what) will operate your system before you spec it.

Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications Deep financial domain knowledge (e.g., subscription management logic, e‑invoicing, multi‑jurisdictional taxation). Experience with accounting systems APIs (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks). Experience designing or evaluating systems for agentic/LLM‑powered workflows. A competitive salary.
