Our client is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of their CRM and customer data ecosystem, creating a single source of truth across multiple business units.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex data challenges, driving platform adoption, and building scalable systems that improve customer experiences and operational efficiency. Lead the transition from fragmented systems and duplicate records to a unified customer view.
Drive CRM platform consolidation, integrations, and data governance across the business. Define and measure success through adoption, data quality, and business outcomes. Requirements 5+ years of Product Management experience within CRM, customer data, platform, or systems products.
Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar. Strong understanding of customer data models, integrations, APIs, and data governance. Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and drive organisational change.
