We are looking for a (Senior) Product Manager to lead the development of innovative trading & software products that maximize value for our customers while accelerating the energy transition.

Location: Munich, Germany Employment Type: Full‑Time, indefinite term Salary Range: € 90.000 - 110.000 per year gross depending on seniority level Working Mode: Office‑first work setup Language Requirement: C1 Level English, German is a plus Your Responsibilities Identify and drive customer value by deeply understanding customer needs, trading challenges, and market opportunities.

Gather and analyze requirements, market trends, regulations, and customer needs to shape product decisions. Engage with key partners and stakeholders to drive strategic integrations and enhance performance. Continuously analyze product performance metrics, guiding improvements and innovations to maintain competitive advantage.

Your Profile 1+ years experience in the energy industry in Germany, ideally in a market‑facing or technical role, with knowledge of its regulatory and commercial dynamics. 3+ years experience of hands‑on product management in the tech industry working on complex software products.

You enjoy working at the intersection of tech, product and business development. Strong track record of delivering and launching complex technology products end‑to‑end. Proven experience in stakeholder management, aligning business, technical, and market perspectives to deliver impactful products.

Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills. Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in German is a plus. Skills to Set You Apart Strong understanding of energy trading, including power markets, trading strategies, and optimization of assets such as battery storage.

You have built and managed a truly innovative product or complex software. This role may not be a fit for you if You haven’t worked in the energy industry. You haven’t worked in a fast‑paced or startup environment. You prefer a limited scope of work and aren’t ready to dive into various topics. You haven’t worked on software products.
