As ourSenior Product Manager – Delivery & Shipping Experience,you’llshape one of the most business-critical journeys at Redcare by defining how millions of customers experience delivery before, during, and after placing an order.

Working at the intersection ofProduct, Technology, Logistics/Last Mile, UX and Operations,you'llown the complete delivery experience—from delivery promises and checkout options to post-purchase transparency and carrier integrations. You'llsolve complex operational challenges while creating simple, intuitive customer experiences that increase trust, improveconversionand enhance customer satisfaction.
