We give you the freedom to make a real difference. Product life cycle management: Take responsibility for the entire product life cycle — from ideation to market launch and the continuous further development of the products.
Adapting the product portfolio: Respond to changing market needs and ensure the continuous adjustment and optimization of the product range in line with the company strategy. Product innovations and ideas: Develop new product ideas and innovations that excite the market and secure our long-term success.
Price positioning: Shape and define the pricing strategy for the product portfolio and ensure a competitive market position. In doing so, contribute to global sales and budget planning.
Market analysis: Conduct in-depth market analyses as well as competitive and consumer behavior analyses, both qualitative and quantitative, and derive recommendations for action for your product portfolio.
Collaboration with internal and external departments: Work closely with all relevant internal departments such as Purchasing, R&D, Quality, Production, Marketing and Sales, and coordinate with external partners.
Trend research and strategic contribution: Monitor relevant market trends and actively contribute ideas and proposals for the company’s future strategy. You have many years of professional experience as a product manager in the marketing of durable consumer goods or consumer goods (food/non-food), ideally from a branded goods environment.
You have sound knowledge of assortment and portfolio management: you master the art of designing and further developing product portfolios strategically and sustainably. You have strong project management skills: you bring the ability to manage complex projects and implement them successfully.
You are an active driver who approaches tasks with a consistently high level of commitment and assertiveness.
