Own and drive the strategic product roadmap for shipping insurance products, balancing user needs, market opportunities, and business profitability goals. Design and implement engagement mechanisms, growth strategies, and monetization frameworks to systematically increase ACV and LTV.
Qualifications 6+ years of product management experience with demonstrated success in B2C products, preferably in Insuretech. Proven ability to drive user engagement, retention, and monetization in consumer products. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with experience in A/B testing, cohort analysis, and user behavior analytics.
