Manage complex stakeholder structures across management, functional teams, and partner levels. Responsibilities Take ownership of a product area of our platform: the digital backbone that orchestrates the entire legal case handling. Continuous product discovery through user interviews, stakeholder workshops, shadowing, and data-driven analyses.
Validate problem statements, hypotheses, and solution approaches before implementation. Translate company objectives and user needs into prioritized product initiatives and measurable outcomes. Prioritize opportunities, features, and trade-offs based on strategic goals, user value, and business impact.
Define relevant KPIs and set up and evaluate experiments and product metrics. Work closely with Engineering and Product Design across the entire product lifecycle — from discovery through delivery and iteration.
Requirements Minimum of 5 years' experience in product management of digital products — ideally in B2B SaaS, platforms, or regulated industries. Experience developing product strategy, vision, and roadmaps for complex product areas.
Experience with complex stakeholder constellations — you have owned products where multiple user groups with competing needs come together. Demonstrable impact: products and features whose success you can measure — not just 'launched' but delivering clear outcomes.
Senior mindset: you lead through clarity, not volume — and make prioritization decisions even when they are uncomfortable. Data literacy: basic SQL skills, comfort with product and BI tools (we use PostHog and Metabase), and hypothesis-driven working. Business-fluent German — lawyers, insurers, and operations communicate precisely, and so do we.
