Our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is one of the leading platforms in the German-speaking market and is used every day by recruiters and hiring teams to screen applications, review candidates, and make hiring decisions.
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) to take ownership of a core area of our ATS - the product hiring teams rely on every day. You'll define the vision, set the bar for what great looks like, and lead a fully staffed cross-functional team of engineers, designers, QAs, and tech leads to ship outcomes that move the business.
Your role
We're currently doubling down on AI to reshape both how our customers hire and how we build software internally. Today, anyone in our product organization can already go from idea to production using natural language, with engineering review ensuring quality.
But we’re just getting started, and there’s a huge opportunity to take this to the next level. That's where you come in. This role reports to the Director Product. You'll have the mandate to make decisions, the autonomy to set direction, and the responsibility to deliver measurable impact. What You'll Do Own a core product area end-to-end.
