Join us in shaping the future of fitness and make our bold vision a reality — one heartbeat at a time.You willOwn elements of the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for BEAT81 fitness experiences, from discovery to delivery and iterationBuild new features and products from scratchDefine and evolve product vision and roadmap that inspire our users to keep coming backLead continuous customer discovery to deeply understand users’ needsCollaborate closely with software and hardware engineering and design to deliver high‑quality, user‑centered experiencesYou’ll work closely with the founder and product leadership to build the team from the ground up; this role is for someone who enjoys shaping structures.Prioritize initiatives using customer insights, product data, and business impactAct as a key partner to stakeholders and leadership, driving alignment and clarityTake full ownership of outcomes, measuring success and continuously improving the productYou have4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a startup or scale‑up environmentA strong track record of partnering closely with engineering and design teams, applying solid product practices such as roadmapping and prioritizationProven ownership in defining and shaping product strategy and long‑term visionHands‑on experience leading customer discovery and making decisions grounded in user and product dataExcellent stakeholder management skills, including clear and confident executive communicationA structured, well‑organized approach to work, paired with a strong bias toward action and executionA user‑centric mindset focused on delivering meaningful and impactful solutionsThe ability to work autonomously, take accountability, and navigate challenges effectivelyComfort thriving in fast‑paced, dynamic environments that require adaptabilityA genuine passion for fitness, sports, and building products in this spaceWALK THE TALK: Unlimited BEAT81 workouts for you and one other person of your choice.
