Senior Product Manager (m/f/x) Department: Product Management Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Mannheim Description As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the development and execution of new ESG products, ensuring they align with evolving international regulations.

You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, UI/UX teams, and development teams to shape best-in-class solutions. This role is based in Mannheim, a vibrant tech hub at the heart of Germany, where you'll collaborate with a talented, forward-thinking team.

Key Responsibilities Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, development, and product delivery to bring products to life - focusing on GRC (Governance - Risk - Compliance).

You will navigate a fast-changing regulatory landscape, helping businesses stay ahead while making a meaningful impact on global sustainability efforts. We embrace a hybrid work model, with three days a week in the office, ensuring the perfect balance between in-person collaboration and remote flexibility.

Acting as the in-house product expert by keeping up-to-date with ESG legislation and proactively adapting product strategies to new developments. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bringing expertise in B2B SaaS product management, covering both product discovery and delivery.

Experience working very closely with software engineers to build and improve products. Driving data-informed decision-making by using market insights, customer feedback, and regulatory trends to guide product direction. Balancing business, design, and technology by aligning diverse stakeholder needs to build intuitive, impactful products.
