When a doctor or clinic buys our Marketplace product, this team makes sure they are set up well, get found by the right patients, fill their calendars, and clearly see the ROI that keeps them with us for years.

You will work hand in hand with Customer Success and Patient Marketing to turn a new customer into a thriving, retained one – distributing patient demand intelligently, reducing “zero-booking” doctors, and lifting retention and lifetime value across the base. _ Owning Doctor Success strategy and outcomes _ You will be responsible for: • _ Owning Doctor Success strategy and outcomes _ What will set you up for success in this role? • _ Core Product Management experience _ Bonus points if you have: • Experience with search, ranking, relevance, recommendation, or matching systems. • Experience with pricing, monetisation, or visibility / ads products in a marketplace. • Experience owning customer success, retention, or supply-growth outcomes in partnership with commercial teams. • Background in healthcare, healthtech, wellness, or patient-engagement products. • Experience building AI products powered by LLMs or conversational interfaces, including chat evaluation and prompt optimisation.
