They are responsible for product planning, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, roadmap and working closely with UX and engineering to deliver winning products.
What you’ll do Strategy & Vision: Present a clear product vision and mobile strategy to senior leadership, proactively aligning stakeholders and anticipating concerns. Roadmap Ownership: Independently lead sprint planning, scoping, and execution for the App.
Prioritize the roadmap based on business value, opportunity sizing, and deep user pain points. Mobile Personalization: Work closely with cross‑functional partners in UX Design, Research, Lifecycle Management and Platform Engineering to define user journeys and execute personalized experiences and notifications for App users.
Translate complex mobile requirements into clear specifications that balance technical scalability with speed of delivery. AI Integration: Work closely with Content Technology and Data Science to integrate next‑generation AI and LLM‑powered features directly into the mobile journey.
Execution & Risk Management: Proactively mitigate risks and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines, ensuring high‑quality product outcomes are delivered reliably and on time. Experimentation: Design and analyze sophisticated A/B tests to validate mobile features, optimize conversion rates, and inform long‑term app development.
What you’ll need Experience: 6+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes in a mobile‑first or app‑centric environment. Technical Fluency: Strong understanding of mobile architecture, APIs, and technical tradeoffs.
You should be comfortable collaborating with engineers on complex implementation decisions. Problem Solving: Ability to solve complex problems independently using structured frameworks and data‑driven insights. Customer Advocacy: A customer‑first mindset with experience synthesizing user feedback and research into prioritized product requirements.
Analytical Rigor: Expertise in defining success metrics (KPIs), analyzing performance, and using quantitative/qualitative data to drive decision‑making. Communication: Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to tailor communication for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
What’s good to have Experience with a subscription‑based, data‑focused product. Experience using AI in products, or a general understanding of it. BOLD can hire full‑time residents of the following U.S.
