The opportunity We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for our Growth Operations team to build and scale the marketing technology and automation layer powering Urban Sports Club's B2C growth. Collaborate with growth, product, and partnership teams to deliver impactful, cross‑channel customer activation.

This role sits at the intersection of CRM, marketing technology, and data activation, with a primary focus on enabling and scaling our CRM infrastructure while extending its impact across paid acquisition, product, and partnerships.

You will act as the system owner and enabler, ensuring our tools, automation, and data are fully leveraged to drive efficient, personalized, and scalable growth. What you will do Own the CRM infrastructure, optimizing Braze for scalability, lifecycle automation, and personalization.

Activate customer data by partnering with Segment to enable real‑time audiences and data‑driven growth use cases. Extend CRM audiences across paid marketing channels to drive retargeting, suppression, and lookalike strategies. Manage and integrate the MarTech stack, establishing best practices, governance, and scalable processes.

Drive AI adoption by implementing use cases that enhance CRM, content creation, workflows, and personalization. What you will need to succeed 4‑7+ years of experience in MarTech, CRM Operations, or Marketing Operations. Hands‑on experience with Braze, Segment, or similar CRM and customer data platforms.

Strong understanding of CRM systems, marketing automation, and lifecycle marketing. Experience working with marketing data, audience segmentation, and customer activation. Solid technical foundation, including APIs, integrations, and data flows. Problem‑solving mindset with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and process optimization.
