Responsibilities Identify and validate new opportunities to increase ReSharper’s impact on JetBrains business. Extensively interact with users to identify their needs, understand their challenges, and devise appropriate solutions. Conduct the necessary UX and market research to gain insights and make informed decisions.

Identify the product metrics needed to monitor success and make data-driven decisions. Generate, prioritize, and test hypotheses. Define and implement a product vision and strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and objectives. Develop and maintain a product roadmap that addresses short-term and long-term goals.

Cooperate with the authors of third-party libraries, frameworks, and tools. Qualifications Have a technical education or experience in software development. Have at least three years of product management or equivalent experience. Have a deep understanding of product metrics.

Are able to demonstrate a track record of customer-centric thinking and the ability to translate user problems into product opportunities. Are proficient in English with strong spoken and written communication skills. Are able to work through both the discovery and delivery phases of product development.

Preferred Qualifications Have professional experience writing code in C#. Have a background in developer tooling. Whether it’s IDEs, code analysis, CI/CD, or version control, you understand the landscape and have worked on products built for developers.

Are familiar with major software development platforms, including experience with IntelliJ IDEA, Visual Studio, VS Code, or similar environments.
