About the role Hi, my name is Matt Pahnke, VP Product Marketing at Customer.io, and I’m looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to help shape how the world understands and adopts our platform. We haven’t hired a PMM in over two years — strong retention is a great sign — but we’re growing and this is a real opportunity to make your mark.
You’ll build deep product expertise, own go‑to‑market strategy for key areas, and become a genuine voice inside our product development process — not just a seat at the table.
