At Eye, you'll work on projects with an international footprint, solving real-world challenges and helping to build a safer digital future for our clients. About this role We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager – Cybersecurity (m/f/x) to join our Product team.

Sitting at the centre of Product, Commercial, and Security Operations teams, you'll translate complex cybersecurity capabilities into clear, compelling value for clients and partners.

You'll work closely with our product and sales teams to ensure consistent positioning, support successful launches, and keep our market positioning sharp and competitive.

What you will do • Develop and own the positioning framework and value propositions for our cybersecurity offerings, ensuring they resonate with technical and business buyers. • Collaborate with Product and Commercial teams to define go-to-market strategies for new product launches and key service updates. • Create and curate sales enablement materials including pitch decks, training, battlecards, case studies, and product guides. • Build and maintain competitive intelligence that informs positioning, supports sales conversations, and influences product strategy. • Define and execute a content strategy that supports thought leadership, demand generation, and customer education. • Apply deep knowledge of cybersecurity threats, technologies, and market trends to inform messaging and positioning decisions. • Track and measure the effectiveness of messaging and positioning initiatives, iterating based on customer feedback and market response.

What you will need • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, with proven expertise in the cybersecurity domain. • Demonstrated ability to define product messaging, execute go-to-market strategies, and enable sales teams in complex B2B SaaS environments. • Strong understanding of cybersecurity market dynamics, customer pain points, and competitive positioning.

You'll take ownership of product marketing strategy, driving messaging, sales enablement, content, competitive intelligence, and go-to-market execution for our MDR/XDR portfolio. This is a senior individual contributor role designed for someone who thrives on autonomy, strategic thinking, and executing with speed in a fast-growing environment.

You can speak confidently about MDR, EDR, IR, and related technologies. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value. • Strategic and analytical mindset with a bias for action.

Comfortable setting direction and executing with high agency. • Strong stakeholder management and project delivery skills. • Experience working in remote, fast-growing environments where marketing operates with both strategic and hands-on responsibility. • Fluent English; German language (C2) is required Nice-to-have • Startup or scale-up background at a high-growth company. • Experience with positioning frameworks and go-to-market methodologies. • Track record of successful product launches or market repositioning initiatives. • Prior experience in vendor-led or partner-enabled go-to-market models.
