What is the job: We’re looking to add a new node to the Product Marketing cluster, focusing on Elasticsearch & AI.

In this role, you will be a trusted technical marketing partner to the product leads, working closely on jointly defining the outbound strategy and go‑to‑market for the Elastic Serverless platform to developers and technical decision makers.

Responsibilities Act as a technical product marketing lead for Elastic Serverless and take ownership of the strategy to drive awareness and market penetration of key capabilities. Serve as an internal authority on the developer and SRE personas.

Craft compelling, technical and differentiated outbound product messaging and content (blogs, videos, tutorials, web pages, webinars) that resonate with developers. Enable the field on our solutions through training and content such as pitch decks and playbooks.

Build and implement plans to reach and champion relationships with our developer and technology partner ecosystem. Build a positive partnership with peers in Product Management, Engineering and Community to effectively launch new features and products and engage with users.

Attend and present at Elastic events, third‑party trade shows and other events to showcase our products to technical audiences. Qualifications 5–7 years of experience in product marketing in a technical environment. Proven track record of effectively marketing technical products to developers or technical audiences.

Experience driving a GTM and crafting high‑quality assets. Spokesperson for product capabilities and Elastic at large, including webinars, trainings and analyst briefings. Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

Bonus: Direct experience with developers or audiences that build applications, product marketing experience with technical AI, SaaS or infrastructure products, and familiarity with Elasticsearch or Elastic Platform.
