Responsibilities Own the product strategy and drive product development across the entire product lifecycle Work closely with Sales, Support, integration teams, and external partners Structure requirements into a prioritized roadmap to support our growth Mentor and further develop existing Product Owners and teams Work on the continued development of our agent-based product platform Drive the structured introduction of new agents, quality assurance, and rollouts Make data-driven decisions using relevant metrics and hypothesis validation Requirements Several years of product management experience in SaaS or B2B environments, with active contribution to building AI products Responsibility for products across the full lifecycle, from discovery through iteration Built and evolved product processes that scale and remain effective as complexity grows Experience leading and developing product and engineering teams, ideally in a distributed and international setup Understanding of AI-based systems, particularly orchestrated and modular approaches Active use of AI tools to improve product work Business-fluent German and English #J-18808-Ljbffr
