Job Details • Job Title: Senior Technical Product Manager • Reporting To: Chief Product Officer • Grade: UK Grade IC6 – £60,000 – £70,000 • Location: Remote Role Responsibilities • Own problems from identification through delivery of solutions. • Coordinate dependencies between Mobile and Cloud engineering teams to ensure seamless solution delivery. • Gather and synthesize customer insights from internal teams (e.g., Partnerships, Operational Delivery) and external sources (field visits, user interviews, market research) to inform product development. • Help prioritize high‑level problems to solve in the product backlog. • Review projects to assess product performance. • Work with Engineering Managers to keep development teams informed and involved; facilitate their participation in stakeholder calls and field visits. • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technology, and best practices in the sector. • Grow customer obsession through education, processes, and tools.

Requirements • 5+ years of experience as a product manager in an agile environment, working on mobile or cloud‑based products. • Strong technical background to understand and discuss technical concepts with a variety of audiences. • Experience managing technical products and roadmaps. • Proficiency with an issue‑tracking tool (e.g., JIRA, YouTrack). • Excellent communication across all levels, building strong interpersonal relationships with engineers, designers, operational managers, and external stakeholders.
