Your mission: Lead a cross functional team of Soil Scientists and Software Engineers to develop and implement SOC models as the foundation of Klim’s platform Own and drive the product roadmap for carbon, biodiversity, and broader soil science and agronomic models Expand Klim’s modelling capabilities beyond carbon into crop and agronomic insights, and over time into economic models such as farm level P&L Contribute to the commercial scalability of Klim’s solutions and support large scale decarbonisation of agricultural supply chains Your responsibilities: 1.
