About the job In this role, you will require a deep understanding of technology, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to guide cross‑functional teams through the product lifecycle. Define user stories, acceptance criteria, perform backlog management and workflows for development teams.

You’ll collaborate with developers, designers, and leadership to define product roadmaps, align on requirements, and launch new products. This is a great opportunity for someone with great experience, to contribute to impactful product launches in a highly dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities Product development and Roadmap: Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to delivery and post‑launch analysis. Evaluate technical solutions and prioritize features based on technical feasibility, business impact, and customer value.

Conduct extensive market research, including customer discovery to understand the value proposition of our product. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, validate and deliver solutions.

Quality & Delivery: Ensure product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards; organize testing and feedback loops. Mandatory 5+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years in a technical product management role. Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Expertise in agile methodologies – Jira, Asana, etc. Strong understanding of microservices, peer‑to‑peer systems, JavaScript. Strong organizational skills to balance multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, remote environment.

Skilled in defining, tracking, and reporting on product KPIs to measure success; expertise in A/B testing or similar experimentation methods is a plus.
