Responsibilities Develop holistic social media content strategies for consumer brands in the personal care segment Derive clear social-first strategies from global marketing and campaign guidelines Strategically plan always‑on approaches and campaigns across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Define messaging, channel and content frameworks, including editorial and asset strategies Translate global campaign assets into locally effective social concepts for the German market Strategically manage paid and organic social, including KPI setup, testing logics and performance targets Active trend, culture and platform monitoring to evolve the social strategy Close strategic alignment with stakeholders from brand, marketing, media and content Requirements Several years of experience in social media management for consumer or FMCG brands Demonstrable responsibility for social media strategies and their implementation Strong understanding of social-first content strategies for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Experience with paid and organic social, including KPI frameworks and performance management Confident stakeholder and project management in a corporate or agency environment Preferred: Proficient use of generative AI (GenAI) tools for strategic content and video development Excellent German (C2) and English (C1) skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
