Responsibilities Strengthen our team by developing campaigns and content. Ideate, develop, and produce social media content and manage ad placement on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn with performance optimization. Create audience-specific content in various formats and possess basic knowledge of video editing.
Run successful ads on the mentioned platforms. Identify optimization opportunities and proactively make recommendations that you implement after approval. Produce content both in front of and behind the camera and confidently present yourself on camera. Skillfully stage key people and elements for camera presentation.
Requirements Combine creativity with data-driven metrics. Have an eye for detail while keeping the big picture in mind. Be reliable and easily reachable. Demonstrate a high degree of initiative and independence. Have experience in social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), ad management, and Canva.
Feel comfortable in front of the camera. Can expertly frame and showcase key people and elements with the camera.
