Oversee the entire product lifecycle—from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization—while collaborating with engineering, design, and business teams to build impactful solutions, drive growth, and enhance user experiences.What you will do:Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute global product vision, strategy, and roadmapTranslate customer and market insights into clear product requirementsDrive end‑to‑end product development from ideation to launchCollaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, design, sales, and marketingChampion user‑centric design and exceptional user experienceMonitor competition and refine product positioningLead global go‑to‑market strategiesDefine and execute AI strategy for software productsSet KPIs, track performance, and optimize products throughout their lifecycleCommunicate progress, risks, and results to senior stakeholdersValues & BehaviorsTeam player, trusted advisor, results‑driven, focused on continuous improvement.Skills & ToolsEnglish and Swedish; experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google) and IoT device management.Reporting LineReports to the VP of Product ManagementWhat we are looking for:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required.Strong experience with: Extensive experience in software product management, preferably with cloud-hosted software (Azure, AWS, Google, etc.) and digital content or IoT device management.

Exceptional collaboration and communication abilities (written and verbal) influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Experience in transportation industry is a MUST.Strong understanding of software engineering principles and communication protocols (wired, wireless, TCP/IP). Ability to analyze complex problems, synthesize data, and develop innovative solutions. Strong ability to effectively read, write, and communicate in English.
