Senior Product Manager DACH (f/m/d)

Your impact

You will lead, coach, and develop a team of two marketers, providing clear direction, fostering collaboration, and supporting their professional growth.

Reporting to the Marketing Director DACH, you will combine people leadership with strategic brand management to drive the growth of key brands across the region.

Together with your team and colleagues in Sales, Medical, and Global functions, you will translate customer and market insights into focused commercial plans.

You will strengthen omnichannel engagement with healthcare professionals and equip field teams with the tools and support they need to deliver results.

With a hands-on approach and a willingness to challenge established ways of working, you will turn ideas into action and guide your team towards measurable commercial outcomes.

The position is based in Martinsried near Munich, Germany, with hybrid working possible and approximately 20 % travel across DACH.

Experience engaging healthcare professionals and marketing prescription medicines (Rx) is essential. Vaccine experience is an advantage but is not required.
