As a Specialist Regional Product Manager on our Customer Collaboration and Technical Marketing team, you work hand‑in‑hand with our customers, enabling them to transform our products into cutting‑edge designs, all while building long lasting partnerships that thrive on success.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
• Responsible for the regional product strategy for Chips and Discrete in EMEA, collaborating with sales, distribution, and FAE teams to achieve design‑wins and ensure commercial alignment
• Coordinate and participate in customer meetings to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and discuss availability and pricing, working closely with product management and internal teams
• Support in the preparation of sales documents, product and customer presentations
• Analyze market data to provide regional insights into competitors, value propositions, pricing, business case creation, positioning, and product roadmap development
• Gather and document regional product requirements, supporting the creation of new product ideas
• Contribute to product maintenance and continuous improvement by preparing road maps and participating in cross‑functional meetings with development and application teams
• Responsible for DTAM (Distribution Total Available Market) process executing analyzes with rPMG's and rAMG's within the I² RM team in EMEA
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
• A degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
• At least 1 year of professional experience in product marketing, product management, application management or development within the semiconductor industry
• Experience in and know‑how of Industrial Power Electronics is an advantage
• Experience in development is a strong plus
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluency in German and English
