Job Overview Okta is looking for a Senior Product Manager for its Identity Management platform.

Evangelize the Okta platform with customers and stakeholders, advocating for the benefits of Okta’s Identity Management product offerings. Set product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the Core Identity Management team to support Okta’s Unified Identity Security fabric.
Work with scrum teams to deliver features on time, spec experiences that delight customers, prioritize rigorously across investment areas, and engage customers. Experience collaborating with engineering, design, and product teams to deliver technical product roadmaps.
Responsibilities Drive the future roadmap for Core Identity Management, understanding customer requirements around onboarding identities and group data from various sources of truth, and build product capabilities that enable Okta to be the central identity management plane.
Prioritize key customer requirements and integration use cases across Okta’s new offerings, such as Okta Identity Governance and Okta Privileged Access, and build the right product capabilities for adoption.
Collaborate with engineering and design to ship features that require deep technical understanding, developing short‑ and long‑term solutions to customer issues. Qualifications Enterprise B2B SaaS experience with high‑scale, successful platform products.
Strong understanding of onboarding identities, group data, and source‑of‑truth integrations such as Active Directory and LDAP directories. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Additional Information Work Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Work Mode: Hybrid (2–3 days onsite per week).
