Requirements
• Deep German accounting domain expertise, gained by working at or closely with a German accounting-tech company
• Concrete examples of products taken from 0 to 1 or significantly scaled
• Outcome-oriented product thinking and comfort making hard trade-offs
• AI-native workflow using AI for research, analysis, specification writing, and user testing
• German fluency
• Strong English required for cross-functional work across Qonto's European teams
