Staff Product Manager – AI Platform

• Owning and driving AI product initiatives e2e from ideation to launch to retention. • Engage with customers to understand their needs and translate them into compelling solutions. • Identify new product opportunities and anticipate potential risks and blockers. • Collaborate with leaders of other functions to refine product strategy and execute process improvements. • Build alignment and drive decision-making across company-wide initiatives. • Build impactful relationships and driving collaborative initiatives across functional teams, effectively influencing stakeholders at all levels. • Contribute to technical trade-offs, design clean product interfaces and abstractions, and build systems to scale customer, competitor, and market understanding throughout the organization. • Work closely with Engineering to drive an efficient R&D process, from leading scrums to coordinating product releases. • Collaborate with Customer Success and Go-to-Market teams to ensure that we maximize the product's impact on both customers and our business.

Requirements • 8+ years of Product Management experience. • Strong AI experience - agents, context, memory, agent frameworks, agent platforms. • Ability to market and explain complex AI solutions in an impactful and easy manner to our customers and non-technical audiences. • Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships, including engaging with users, customers, partners, and industry analysts. • In-depth understanding of data integration and API complexities, data flow across diverse ecosystems, data connectors, and the modern data stack. • Experience with CRM systems and the surrounding ecosystem integrations is preferred. • Outstanding presentation skills with the ability to communicate business and technical topics and adjust to diverse audiences.

Proven track record in driving product initiatives from ideation to launch while collaborating across functional teams to enhance product strategy and execution.
