If you’re passionate about shaping the future of products that solve real customer problems and you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this role is for you. A Day in the Life As a Staff Product Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our product roadmap.
What You’ll Be Doing Lead and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with company objectives. Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and product performance to guide decision‑making.
Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact and customer value. Influence key stakeholders, including executives, to align and drive support for product initiatives. Identify new product opportunities and stay ahead of emerging technologies.
What Makes You a Great Fit Experience : 7+ years in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior or staff-level role. Expertise : Proven track record of launching successful products in B2B/B2C environments. Technical Background : Strong understanding of technical concepts and agile development processes.
Skills : Strong communication, strategic thinking, data-driven decision‑making, and problem‑solving abilities. Tools : Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Figma, and other product management tools. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).
