General Summary The Staff Product Marketing Manager serves as the primary technical bridge between internal product development/engineering and the external customer ecosystem.

They translate complex SoC/SW innovations into quantifiable business value for customers and partners, promote technology, and architect its adoption, ensuring platform capabilities align with market pain points and strategic go‑to‑market objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Technical Content & Messaging Asset Creation: Author original, high‑impact technical assets including white papers, deployment guides, reference architectures, and performance benchmarks.

Value Translation: Distill dense engineering designs and product specifications into clear, compelling technical briefs and customer‑centric value propositions.

Sales & Field Enablement Strategic Guidance: Develop “what to say to customers” guidance, including competitive positioning, objection‑handling battle cards, and architectural trade‑off analysis.

Sales Collateral: Partner with product development managers, sales, and field application engineers to create pitch decks, FAQs, and technical case studies to drive product adoption.

Product Strategy & Roadmap Influence Feedback Loop: Act as an advocate for customers by funneling structured field feedback and market intelligence back to engineering and product management.

Roadmap Definition: Influence future product roadmaps by identifying technical gaps, emerging trends, and opportunities for innovation within specific segments. Competitive Analysis: Perform deep technical competitive analysis to identify market gaps and refine product positioning strategies.

Customer Engagement & Evangelism Market Evangelism: Represent the company as a technical authority at industry events, webinars, and developer workshops to build confidence in the technology stack.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of product marketing, marketing, business, engineering, communications, or related work experience. High school diploma or equivalent and 10+ years of the same fields. Completed advanced degrees may substitute up to two years of work experience (Master’s one year, Doctorate two years).

Preferred Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science. Advanced Degree: Master’s in Engineering or an MBA. Experience: 10+ years in technical marketing, applications engineering, solutions architecture, or product management within the semiconductor industry.

Technical Core: Deep understanding of SoC architecture, specialized stacks such as AI frameworks or ROS. Communication: Exceptional technical storytelling skills with a proven ability to present complex material to both executive and engineering audiences. Industry Standards: Familiarity with industrial protocols and specific developer ecosystems.

Success Metrics (KPIs) Product Adoption: Acceleration of time‑to‑market for customers through reference designs and technical enablement assets. Market Impact: Quality of market intelligence provided to engineering, measured by roadmap alignment with customer needs.
