Product Manager Company Orcrist builds the Orcrist Intelligence Platform (OIP), a Kubernetes-based data intelligence system delivered as SaaS or self-hosted/on-prem (including air-gapped deployments).

Role Own the roadmap for the Orcrist platform: the Kubernetes foundation, CI/CD, and deployment tooling that make OIP reliably installable and operable across cloud, on-prem, and air-gapped environments. You will give them fast, safe self-service and partner with SRE, security, and customer-facing squads to ship the platform as a product.

Drive air-gapped packaging, install, and upgrade as first-class product capabilities. Measure platform health (reliability, time-to-production, CI/CD success, cost) and make data-informed calls. Coordinate dependencies across SRE, security, and customer-facing squads for safe, repeatable releases.

About You 5+ years product management in platform, infrastructure, or developer tools, ideally with security or compliance scope. Comfortable with Kubernetes/GitOps delivery, IaC, CI/CD, and observability concepts. Strong analytics and storytelling; you balance reliability, security, and developer velocity.

Familiar with on-prem or air-gapped customer journeys. Nice-to-haves German language (B1+) and experience working with defense or public-sector customers. A background as an SRE, DevOps, or cloud engineer before moving into product. Prior work on internal developer platforms or installable/on-prem software.
