This is a hands‑on technical role focused on bringing innovative industrial equipment from concept to full‑scale deployment. Key Responsibilities Lead the engineering and product development of physical processing & beneficiation equipment used in critical minerals refining.
Define and communicate product vision, development roadmap, and strategic priorities across internal and external stakeholders. Manage technical design and engineering work streams, including schematic review, BOM validation, vendor queries, and technical risk assessments. Mentor and guide engineers, fostering technical excellence and innovation.
Support field testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities as needed. Requirements Degree in Mechanical or Process Engineering. Proven experience in product management, engineering leadership, or design engineering preferably in industrial plant equipment or hydrometallurgical technologies.
Solid understanding of mechanical design, P&IDs, material strength, and machining standards. Proficiency in CREO, AutoCAD and FEM analysis. Strong project‑management skills, capable of prioritising and delivering on multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills in English; German proficiency is advantageous.
