This is a highly technical product role where you'll shape the roadmap, work closely with engineering teams, and influence the future of the company's game technology.
What you'll be doing:
• Own the product roadmap and backlog for the Frontend Game Engine
• Drive product development from concept and MVP through to production release
• Work closely with engineering teams to modernise existing systems and deliver new engine capabilities
• Coordinate technical dependencies across engine, platform and game teams
• Define UX/UI standards for reusable engine components
• Validate ideas through prototyping and data-driven product decisions
• Leverage AI tools to improve product development, prototyping and workflows
What we're looking for:
• 5+ years' experience in Technical Product Management
• Strong understanding of game engines and modern software engineering
• Experience delivering technical products from idea through to successful release
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Data-driven mindset with experience using product metrics
• Hands-on approach with the ability to work closely alongside developers
• AI-first mentality and experience using modern AI tools
• Fluent German and English (C1)
Nice to have:
• Gaming industry experience
• Experience working in regulated environments
• Berlin-based or open to working in a hybrid environment
