This is a highly technical product role where you'll shape the roadmap, work closely with engineering teams, and influence the future of the company's game technology.
What you'll be doing: Own the product roadmap and backlog for the Frontend Game Engine Drive product development from concept and MVP through to production release Work closely with engineering teams to modernise existing systems and deliver new engine capabilities Coordinate technical dependencies across engine, platform and game teams Define UX/UI standards for reusable engine components Validate ideas through prototyping and data-driven product decisions Leverage AI tools to improve product development, prototyping and workflows What we're looking for: 5+ years' experience in Technical Product Management Strong understanding of game engines and modern software engineering Experience delivering technical products from idea through to successful release Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Data-driven mindset with experience using product metrics Hands-on approach with the ability to work closely alongside developers AI-first mentality and experience using modern AI tools Fluent German and English (C1) Nice to have: Gaming industry experience Experience working in regulated environments Berlin-based or open to working in a hybrid environment What's on offer: Remote working with flexible hours Modern office in central Berlin Structured onboarding programme Ongoing learning and development opportunities Company health insurance and wellbeing initiatives Bike leasing scheme Collaborative culture with genuine opportunities to influence technical direction If you're interested in building the technology behind successful games rather than working on a single title, I'd love to tell you more.
