Technical Product Manager - Renewable Energies (ITALY)
Location: Berlin, Germany (Remote with travel)
Salary: €65,000 - €85,000 + benefits
Our client is an innovative geotechnology software company transforming the way renewable energy developers identify, assess, and secure land for new projects.
Following this success, they are now embarking on their first phase of international expansion and moving into the Italian market.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver product demonstrations and communicate the value of the software to both technical and commercial audiences.
• Act as the voice of the customer by gathering market feedback and collaborating with the product team to shape future developments.
• Build relationships with GIS professionals, project developers, engineering teams, and senior decision-makers.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, renewable energy events, and trade exhibitions.
• Identify new customers and drive the sales process from prospecting to close.
• Product management experience, with the ability to translate customer needs into product improvements.
• Ability to build relationships with both technical and business stakeholders, including GIS professionals and senior management.
Their platform provides advanced site and land analysis, enabling developers to evaluate land constraints, engage landowners, support planning applications with local authorities, and collaborate effectively with grid operators.
Having established a strong presence in Germany over the past three years, the company has become a trusted partner within the renewable energy sector, with a significant proportion of project developers using its platform.
We are looking for a qualified individual who can communicate with Italian stakeholders and integrate the company's Geotools with new clients, supporting their expansion.
Requirements
• Fluent Italian and English.
• German language skills would be advantageous but are not essential.
• Willingness to travel within Italy to meet customers and attend industry events.
• Strong technical knowledge on Geotools, land software's and/or GIS
• Experience in renewable energy projects
