Strong understanding of product data structures, variant logic, attribute frameworks, and complex configuration models Knowledge of data governance principles, including data ownership, quality management, lineage, stewardship, and lifecycle processes Experience in product data management, data governance, master data management (MDM), or systems integration roles Strong experience working with distributed software development teams in agile environments.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders from engineering teams to executive leadership. What you will do Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Customer Configurability, aligning business objectives with technology capabilities.

Drive the evolution of customer, product, and variant configuration capabilities to support scalable, cloud-based business solutions. Define and govern data models, taxonomies, variant structures, configuration rules, and integration standards across enterprise platforms.

Develop and maintain a multi-year product roadmap, balancing business priorities, customer needs, and technical sustainability. Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and value realization to senior leadership and key stakeholders across the organization.

What you bring Experience Master degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field 12+ years of experience in configuration systems, software development, product management or technical leadership roles Proven experience defining and executing software product strategies and multi-year product roadmaps.

Experience managing enterprise software products throughout the complete product lifecycle. Experience with enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, PIM, MDM, PLM, configuration management, or related domains.

Experience leading strategic initiatives involving system integration, cloud transformation, and digitalization Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders across business, product, and engineering organizations. Personal competencies Strategic thinker with strong business and technical acumen. Strong leadership and influencing skills.

Ability to balance short-term delivery objectives with long-term product strategy. Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Comfortable operating in complex and ambiguous environments. Passion for technology, innovation, software products, and AI-driven transformation.
