You'll support the planning and delivery of trade marketing activity in Germany, working with internal teams, agencies and travel trade partners.

You Will Be Responsible For • Supporting joint marketing plans with trade partners, reviewing performance and maintaining strong working relationships with key contacts. • Managing trade communication channels, including social media communities, WhatsApp and travel agent CRM activity. • Coordinating trade marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring activity aligns with agreed plans. • Working with creative teams and agency partners to develop campaign content and marketing assets. • Creating promotional materials for travel agency partners, including email, social and point-of-sale content. • Carrying out competitor research to help shape marketing plans and identify opportunities. • Supporting product and route launches through trade marketing activity and campaign planning. • Producing presentations and marketing materials for meetings, events and conferences. • Assisting with webinars and working with colleagues to deliver engaging sessions for travel agency partners. • Tracking campaign performance and helping evaluate return on investment for marketing spend. • Supporting wider European marketing activity and sharing successful approaches across markets where appropriate. • Attending industry events and conferences when required, helping represent easyJet holidays and support trade activity.

What You’ll Bring To The Team • Fluent in German and English • Experience working in a B2B marketing role, ideally within the travel industry. • Understanding of the end-to-end marketing campaign process, from planning through to measurement. • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. • Experience delivering marketing activity across multiple channels. • Confidence using social media platforms, CRM tools and digital communication channels. • Good creative judgement and the ability to develop engaging marketing content. • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective working relationships. • A proactive approach, with the ability to manage priorities and deliver results. • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
