Join our Global Travel Retail team based in Wolfenbüttel, Germany limited for 24 months as Your key responsibilities • Support the development and implementation of the Global Travel Retail channel strategy • Develop and execute customer‑specific trade marketing and activation plans aligned with brand and commercial objectives • Plan, coordinate, and evaluate customer promotions, product launches, and brand activations • Analyze customer performance, promotional effectiveness, sales data, and market developments to derive actionable recommendations • Conduct market, shopper, and competitive analyses to identify trends and business opportunities • Manage trade marketing projects in close cooperation with Sales, Marketing, brand teams, customers, and external partners • Coordinate the development and implementation of customer‑specific marketing materials and point‑of‑sale solutions • Act as a key contact for brand owners and ensure alignment of global brand strategies within the Travel Retail environment • Completed studies in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field • Experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing preferably within Global Travel Retail or an international FMCG environment • Good understanding of premium brands, ideally within spirits, tobacco, luxury, beauty, or other premium consumer goods categories • Analytical mindset with experience in market and performance analysis, as well as a commercial and customer‑oriented mindset • Understanding of digital marketing platforms and omnichannel activation • Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel • Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across functions • Flexible and comfortable working in a fast‑paced international environment The company has produced its globally successful herbal liqueur based on a secret recipe of 56 different herbs, blossoms and roots.
