What You Will Do In This Role Trade Marketing Execution Translate global brand strategies into impactful and locally relevant activations for the DACH region Lead and execute Trade Marketing activations aligned with commercial priorities and business objectives Ensure excellence and consistency in campaign execution across Wholesale and Concession partners Cross‑Functional Collaboration Collaborate closely with commercial, product, and global brand teams to drive alignment and impactful execution Act as the primary marketing contact for local sales teams Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and local commercial stakeholders Performance & Budget Management Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign KPIs to improve performance and effectiveness Manage and optimize the DACH Trade Marketing budget with a strong focus on ROI and business impact Who You Are Proven experience in a Trade Marketing role Strong organizational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail Pragmatic, proactive, and solution‑driven mindset Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment Fluent in German and English Comfortable using digital tools, including Excel, Word, Google Workspace, and social media platforms What We Offer The annual gross base salary for this position ranges from €50,000 to €55,000, depending on your experience, qualifications, and skills relevant to the role Employee discount Annual bonus opportunity Additional holiday and Christmas payments Capital‑forming benefits (where applicable) Company pension plan Bicycle leasing through BusinessBike Complimentary beverages At Fossil Group , we embrace purpose and take every opportunity to work together to make the world a little better.

In this role, you will drive the execution of Trade Marketing strategies across our Wholesale and Concession channels throughout the DACH region. You will ensure brand consistency, deliver impactful local activations, and support commercial growth through effective marketing execution aligned with business objectives.

This is a hybrid position based in our office in Grabenstätt, Germany . You will be required to work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays. This role reports directly to the Head of Trade Marketing EMEA .
