We have hundreds of salespeople across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development. You create best‑in‑class 4P activation across all channels and customers. You strengthen business plans and execution by integrating Marketing and Sales.
Your responsibilities Create best‑in‑class 4P activation to overdrive category growth (Co‑) Define category 4Ps strategy and activation plans. (Co‑) Develop, implement and track LSMs (Local Success Models) and scorecards for your respective category. (Co‑) Develop, deploy and track best‑in‑class “Ready‑to‑go” conceptual sells for all NPD/EPD and BDIs (pricing/sizing, national/tailor‑made promotions, etc.).
Analyze the market landscape, identify opportunities and risks, and develop action plans. Cooperate closely with Marketing to ensure launch recommendations and relevant data are delivered completely and on time, including all Sales‑relevant elements.
Involve relevant KAMs or Sales Directors where appropriate before approval of launch recommendations. Lead and coordinate account pilots where relevant. Develop and drive channel‑and account‑specific activation programs. Drive and lead in‑store innovation to win at the Moment of Truth (MOT).
Drive business plans together with Key Account Managers, focusing on launches and/or closing Local Success Model gaps. Ensure optimal Sales Budget Control and Sales Promotion Planning processes. Facilitate delivery of category and brand objectives across all chains and customers.
Leadership Cross‑functional leadership within the matrix organization. The experience we're looking for Minimum 4 years of functional experience. Minimum 1 year of Sales/Marketing experience with large centralized accounts in a blue‑chip FMCG company. Strong Key Account Management experience with a successful track record.
Good 4P knowledge and proven practical experience. Solid Consumer Marketing or Trade Marketing knowledge. Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Nielsen Nitro (or equivalent).
