To support our continued growth in the DACH region, we are looking for a passionate and results-driven Web Marketing Manager to lead our digital performance strategy, optimize online customer journeys and drive measurable business growth through data-driven marketing initiatives.

This role is ideal for a professional with strong expertise in SEO, paid media, analytics, website optimization and conversion management who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands‑on execution. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the web marketing strategy for the DACH region in alignment with business and commercial objectives.

Identify opportunities to improve digital performance through data analysis and customer insights. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities and emerging digital marketing technologies. SEO Management Own and continuously improve the organic search strategy across all relevant digital properties.

Manage technical SEO, on‑page optimization, keyword research and content optimization initiatives. Monitor organic search rankings, website visibility and traffic performance. Paid Media & Digital Advertising Plan, execute and optimize paid digital campaigns across search, display, remarketing and other relevant channels.

Manage media budgets and ensure efficient allocation of investments to maximize return on investment. Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize targeting, bidding strategies and creative effectiveness. Coordinate activities with external agencies and digital partners when applicable.

Website Performance & Conversion Optimization Own website performance monitoring and optimization activities. Analyze customer journeys, user behavior and conversion funnels to identify improvement opportunities. Develop and implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives.

Coordinate landing page development and optimization to support campaigns and business objectives. Ensure a seamless user experience across desktop and mobile environments. Analytics & Reporting Define, monitor and report on key digital performance indicators.

Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and other digital tools to generate actionable insights. Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations for local and global stakeholders. Translate complex data into practical business recommendations and improvement plans.

Digital Platform Management Coordinate website updates and digital platform enhancements. Ensure website content, functionality and performance remain aligned with business priorities and brand standards. Support the implementation of new digital tools, technologies and tracking solutions.

Act as the key point of contact for web marketing and digital performance topics within the DACH organization. Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers and technology partners. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.

Several years of experience in Web Marketing, Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing roles. Strong expertise in SEO, web analytics, paid media and conversion optimization. Hands‑on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and digital advertising platforms. Experience managing websites and digital marketing projects.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent project management and stakeholder management capabilities. Fluent German and English are required. Preferred Qualifications Experience within FMCG, consumer goods, pet food, retail or e-commerce environments.

Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems. Familiarity with UX/UI principles and customer journey optimization. A dynamic and collaborative environment where your ideas can make an impact. Opportunities for professional growth and development.
