Key Responsibilities:

• Direct cross-functional teams and agencies to create impactful marketing campaigns across Central Europe.
• Manage localization and adjustments of high-quality marketing materials for the Central European region in close collaboration with Marketing Managers and the Central European Channel Marketing Lead.
• Plan, budget, and execute marketing campaigns for key partners to expand market reach and drive excitement for Xbox products.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term marketing strategies for Central European retail partners, optimizing customer touchpoints.
• Collaborate on major campaigns like Black Friday and Holiday initiatives across Europe.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, sales, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in consumer marketing, retail management, or a related field.
• Track record of successful marketing campaigns, ideally in a retail environment.
• Passion for gaming, pop culture, and Xbox as a brand is a plus.

• Language skills in Polish, Czech, Slovak, or Hungarian are a plus, but not necessary.
