What You’ll Do

• Own patient journeys from physician prescription and onboarding through active treatment and patient outcomes.
• Lead the product lifecycle for mobile therapy apps across urology and gynecology.
• Use habit loops, nudges, feedback systems, and other retention mechanics to support lasting behavior change.
• Improve app store presence, ratings, reviews, keywords, and screenshots to strengthen the journey from discovery to activation.
• Run experiments, review product analytics, and use results to guide product decisions.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 5 years of product management experience building and shipping consumer mobile apps for iOS and/or Android.
• Fluency in German and English, written and spoken.
• Experience creating patient‑centered or behavior‑change products, ideally in digital health, MedTech, or another regulated environment.
• Strong product judgment and experience owning strategy, user journeys, and outcomes across multiple product surfaces or therapy areas.
• Hands‑on experience shipping across iOS and Android, with an understanding of their platform‑specific capabilities and constraints.
• Experience applying behavior‑change or retention mechanics in shipped products and managing app store optimization.
• Comfort with analytics, A/B testing, and making decisions based on experimental results.
• Fluency with AI tools and judgment about when AI is an appropriate solution to a product problem.
