Задачи

Through the conception and implementation of comprehensive marketing activities, you make a significant contribution to the success of the Industry Division. You contribute to the marketing and content strategy and derive target-group-specific activities from it. As the central point of contact for the Division, Category Management, and other stakeholders, you actively contribute the marketing perspective and coordinate the joint planning, prioritization, and implementation of marketing projects. Together with external partners, you implement marketing projects and ensure a consistent cross-media approach. You always keep an eye on the success of your projects and measure it against defined goals and KPIs. You report to the Head of Marketing and Communications.

Требования

• A successfully completed degree in communications, media, or business studies, or a comparable qualification, provides your foundation.
• You have several years of marketing experience (around 3–5 years), ideally in both agency and corporate environments.
• In-depth marketing expertise and a comprehensive understanding of B2B business models, ideally in retail, industry, or related sectors.
• Experience independently planning, managing, and implementing marketing projects, such as campaigns, sales promotions, trade fairs and events, or content projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and structured, efficient, and collaborative work with internal departments and external service providers.
