What You’ll Do

As a Product Manager, you will work within our Product Team to create impactful fintech solutions for our customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and business stakeholders, to ensure that our product initiatives align with business goals and customer needs.

This role will primarily be responsible for:

• Own and continuously improve enterprise applications and AI-powered solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and company objectives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, challenge, analyze, and translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage product backlogs, prioritize initiatives, and coordinate development activities with internal engineering teams and external software vendors.
• Drive the end-to-end product delivery lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design to User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release, and continuous improvement.
• Design and execute UAT scenarios, validate delivered functionalities, and ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality expectations.
• Contribute to CRM transformation initiatives, including business process analysis, requirements definition, and implementation of tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with business units, AI engineering teams, and other product managers to identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI-driven use cases and automation opportunities.
• Translate business needs into actionable product requirements for AI-powered services and solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing products and business processes.
• Define and monitor product success metrics, user feedback, and operational KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and measure business impact.
• Support the productization of internally developed AI solutions for potential external customers.
• Communicate product priorities, delivery progress, dependencies, and risks effectively to stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related technical/analytical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis roles within software product development.
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, functional specifications, user story creation, and acceptance criteria definition.
• Experience working with CRM platforms, customer service applications, contact center solutions, or enterprise workflow systems.
• Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, system integrations, APIs, and end-to-end testing processes.
• Experience coordinating UAT activities and collaborating with internal development teams or external software vendors.
• Practical knowledge of SQL for data analysis and API testing tools such as Postman.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Interest in AI technologies, LLM-based applications, and business process automation, with the ability to translate business problems into actionable product requirements.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and user-centric mindset with a strong sense of ownership and focus on continuous improvement.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other enterprise CRM platforms.
• Experience in AI/ML-powered products, intelligent automation, or AI-assisted customer service solutions.
• Experience collaborating with AI/ML engineering teams on AI-powered services and integrations.
• Experience in digital transformation, legacy system modernization, or productization of internal software solutions.
