As a Product Manager (m/f/d), you will work with your colleagues in Product Management to actively drive the further development of our application, and you will plan, organize, and oversee the implementation of business and technical requirements and features.

• Further development of our kasasi platform with a focus on our customers’ logistics processes and rail transportation
• Development of original product ideas and concepts through market observation, competitive analysis, and analysis of customer needs, as well as their translation into a roadmap
• Defining product requirements for the kasasi platform, including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Leading one of our agile development teams using the Scrum model, with responsibility for the product backlog
• Supporting the team during sprint planning, refinements, reviews, and retrospectives
• Coordinating and actively managing the requirements and expectations of all relevant stakeholders

What you bring with you

• A college degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Logistics, or a comparable field of study
• At least three years of experience in a product-related role—as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, in logistics, or in a comparable role
• Holistic thinking, a structured approach to work, and strong analytical skills: You break down unclear requirements into actionable steps
• Strong communication skills: You act as a liaison between development, support, sales, and customers
• Technical aptitude and a solid foundational understanding of software: You don’t need to know how to code, but you must be able to speak with developers on an equal footing
• Fluent German at C2 level and very good written and spoken English
