I'm working on a retained search for a Senior Product Manager to join an innovative AI business operating at the intersection of technology and life sciences.

The role will lead the development and growth of an AI-powered product, taking it from early-

stage development towards commercial scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, vision and roadmap.
• Lead product development from early-stage through to product-market fit.
• Work closely with customers to understand needs and drive adoption.
• Prioritise development across technical and scientific teams.
• Support commercialisation and go-to-market strategy.
• Align cross-functional teams around product priorities and business objectives.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of B2B product management experience.
• Experience taking products from early development through to commercial traction.
• Background in AI/ML-powered products.
• Strong customer discovery, prioritisation and decision-making skills.
• Experience working across technical, scientific and commercial teams.
• Experience within life sciences, healthcare or scientific technology would be advantageous.
